Derbyshire library service has two mobile libraries, based at Buxton and Long Eaton, serving around 150 communities across the county. Shirebrook Town Market Pedestrian Zone

In July 2015 the Chairman of Shirebrook Town Council took the decision to temporarily assist with the enforcement of the pedestrian zone around the Market Square.
